Questions We Get Most Often

Tap the account button in the lobby header, enter your phone number, confirm the code and you're in. The whole flow takes under a minute and the lobby opens with the chip row ready for your first session.

For Indonesia accounts the chip row shows DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS by default. The order rearranges based on which chip you used last, so your most-used option sits on the left for one-tap access.

Some lobby sections are only available in supported regions. The FAQ uses that phrase when an answer depends on where you sign in from, and the lobby itself hides anything that isn't available to you.

Each FAQ entry carries a quiet last-checked date. When the lobby, sportsbook or chip row changes, the affected FAQ answers get rewritten that week, so what you read should match what you see on screen.

Yes. Every FAQ section has a feedback link at the foot. Send your question and if it comes up from more than a few readers we write a new FAQ entry and publish it in the next refresh.

The same FAQ is searchable from the in-app help icon. Type a keyword like QRIS, sportsbook or chip row and the matching FAQ entry opens without leaving your session in the lobby.

Tap the chat link at the end of any FAQ section. You'll reach a support agent who can see which FAQ you came from, so you don't have to repeat the context you already read.
